Nicotine is very addictive

As you will be well aware that smoking is addictive and very hard to give up, the body becomes accustomed to having a certain amount of nicotine in the blood. The good news is that even tho nicotine is the most addictive part of a traditional cigarette, unlike that other 4000+ chemicals it is not know to be carcinogenic.

That is the main reason for people to turn to e-cigs (electronic cigarettes) you can have your nicotine and not the other nasty stuff in tobacco. Since nicotine is toxic in certain amounts and can be fatal everything that contain it should be put away in a safe place preferably in a locked box, Nicotine should not been be used by children ,people with high blood pressure, heart conditions or pregnant women .

Be aware that a very small amount of nicotine can be enough to kill a child or a loved pet whether it be e-juice, patches, nic gum, inhalator cartages

Nicotine use

Studies of nicotine in a standalone form, separated from tobacco, indicate that by itself nicotine does not contribute to the development of cancer in healthy tissue. The Royal College of Physicians says that there are no grounds to suspect appreciable long-term adverse effects on health from the long-term use of nicotine and that it has no mutagenic properties.

Strengths of nicotine

Although it can vary widely from person to person it has been said to be between 36mg and 60mg for an adult and only 10 mg for a child

Typical measurements for tobacco content for e-juices are Zero (0mg per 1ml) , Low (11mg per 1ml) , Medium (18mg per 1ml) , High (24mg per 1ml) Extra High (36mg per 1ml) this is an approximation as different manufacturers will vary slightly. A conventional cigarette will contain approximately 1.5mg
